Careful planning by the Architect showed that it was less expensive to add a 2nd floor and extend the home than to demolish and rebuild. Large bedrooms with dormer windows sit beneath a Cape Cod roof, with a generously-sized Master bedroom and Ensuite bathroom located above the garage Addition.
