The owners of this historic Arts-and-Crafts home in Toronto asked us to plan a challenging addition: a basement-level car garage with a family room and deck over top.

The shingle style of the house, the exposed rafter tails, and the deep overhanging eaves are all aspects of the house incorporated in the Addition.
